How to change wordpress site/home url

  Hi,

  I need to do a redirection from primary domain https://www.otii.com.my/ to http://www.ofiano.com/home.html
  then back to https://www.otii1.com.my/

  How can i change my primary url and keep in after change.

  From what I see neither https://otii.com.my/ nor http://www.ofiano.com/home.html are associated with WordPress.com.
