how to chenage comment font size in publisher theme

  hello ,
  every thing works well in my site only the comment font size
  i want it to be a bit bigger
  i had searched in wordpress forums support and i used all the CSS that worked for other but didn’t worked for me .

  so there is any way to change the font size for people who leave comment and make the font also BOLD ?
