How to close a dispute

    I am now logged in and have been advised to close a dispute which is still current

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

    You would need to contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days.

    Let us know when you have done that and within 24-48 hours of you closing the dispute, we have process the refund for you.

    Both chargebacks on your account are still showing as under review on our end, though.

    I’ll ask our billing support team to follow up with our payment processor about this.

  • Can you also please confirm if you want us to refund these charges, or if you want us to restore your premium plan and domain to your site?

    Note that if we cancel and refund the swagstails.blog domain it will not become available again immediately, and we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to use that domain again in future.

    Our billing support is taking care of that and there’s no need for you to do anything else at this point. Once the dispute has been closed completely, the refund will be processed.

    I have not heard anything from you guys in over a month! The dispute was closed in October and I have not had a refund!
    Can you let me know what is going on.

  • Hi Bridget,

    Those chargebacks are still showing as under review on our end and that process can take several weeks. When the chargeback is closed you’ll be refunded.
