  How can I permanently close my account?

  Hi there,

  Before your account can be closed, all upgrades will need to be removed. You had the Business plan on andrewgregoryorg.wpcomstaging.com yes?

  I can remove all upgrades and revert the site (so it is no longer on business hosting) so that you can proceed to close your account. But before I do I would like to confirm that andrewgregoryorg.wpcomstaging.com and any contents on that site will be deleted permanently.

  Do you need time to save any contents on andrewgregoryorg.wpcomstaging.com to your computer? Or is it OK to delete this site so that you can close your account?

  Yes – please go ahead and remove all the upgrades immediately.
