How to close account or cancel subscription without log-in?

Hi, I created a wordpress account and subscribed domain services years ago. The account and its associated email are linked to my business. I’ve closed my business and no longer have access to the associated email. I also don’t remember my wordpress password.
How can I close my wordpress account or at least cancel the subscription?
I still have the associated email address and billing info. Can I use these to prove my identity?
