How to close an old blog

Hi there. Many years ago I started a test blog site which I didn’t realise would be visible to the public. When I google my business name, this test blog site appears. I would like to close the site, but because it was made so many years ago, I don’t know how to log in and close it. I think the email address I was using is no longer active.
The site I’m referring to is https://luuidesign.wordpress.com/about/
I would really like this blog removed as it reflects badly on my business for people to visit this site.
Any help you could offer in removing this site would be greatly appreciated.Thank,

You’ll also find there a link to the Account Recovery form you’d want to fill out.

Thanks for the reply. However I have already tried to fill in the Account Recovery form, but I don’t have the information required to send it through.
This blog was accidentally started by me in 2011 when I was experimenting with WordPress. I wasn’t even aware it was active on the internet until I Googled my business name recently and stumbled across it.
Because I no longer have access to the email account this was set up with I don’t know how to prove my ownership.
I don’t have a transaction ID and can’t access my old email account to find an activation URL or key.
I really don’t know what to do?
