How to close this blog.

  I am in touch with timethief. She is advising me, but I ran into a serious problem when I couldn’t respond to her email because I had to login first. Well, that’s been my problem! I want to close this account. She instructed me to go to Dashboard>Tools> Delete Site. I am on the wordpress site now, but I see none of those options. I have profile, account settings, manage purchases, security, and notifications, but no Dashboard or tools. I will now go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ I’ll see if that helps me.
