how to collect more info on registration

  i am trying to find a plug-in that allows me to collect more information upon registration. i’d like to ask for (not necessarily require) a physical address, phone number and get some custom questions answered. i have searched and searched and can’t really find anything. does anyone know a way to do this?

  You can always use the regular contact form and simply ask for the information. Or you can host a page elsewhere, like at Google or Survey Monkey or something and link to it from your WordPress.com site.
