How to combine 3 self-hosted blogs in one WordPress.com dashboard?

2 of my self-hosted blogs show-up under one WordPress.com dashboard and my 3rd self-hosted blog shows up under a different WordPress.com dashboard. How do I get them all together under one WordPress.com dashboard.
All are linked to same domain Neibert.com — they are /portfolio and /ikebana and /blog2 Please help me (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) -

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
