How to combine accounts?

  Due to the use of two separate e-mails, I have two blogs under two different e-mails (politicaldialogue.com under (email visible only to moderators and staff) and mindfullymormon.org under jakehess)…I’m writing to see if you can help me combine them under one e-mail and account ((email visible only to moderators and staff))? THANK YOU!!
