how to communicate to a support personal??

I want to purchase the premium package and not sure if it has the things i need. How can I contact the support engineers via phone or email to go over my list of questions before i make a purchase??

There is no phone staff. The email turnaround time takes several weeks. I suggest you post your questions here and the staff that look into the forum will see them and answer them; that’s really the fastest way.

No phone, questions usually start in the forum – if us volunteers can’t answer them, we flag the thread for the staff
The packages have exactly what is on the list – no more no less
No FTP access, can’t use your own plugins – also be sure to read the entire Terms of Service and related documents (twice)
