how to communicate with wordpress team for help

Hi,
I would like to communicate to someone in regards to my domain mapping. Please help me map my domain name as the domain provider has already directed to wordpress DNS server setting successfully. Attached is the print screen for reference. But till now i get the error Sorry but birdcontrol.ae has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.
Can you please reply me when can i get the update on domain mapping? My wordpress ID is
SBMbird control.wordpresss.com and the domain name i want to map is http://www.birdcontrol.ae
It has been already 48 hours since the DNS setting is changed by my domain name provider.Also in my package $99 i have an email support can you please also tell me which email address to send an email for futher communication?

When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one wherein Staff have to add a zone record to make domain mapping possible we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

After Staff add the zone record you will be able to follow-through.
re: mapping an existing domain
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible.Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made, it and the domain mapping purchase here, each and every year.
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium upgrade bundle.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL.
If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the WordPress.COM blog, and as you own a domain URL already, you can see here for mapping an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

This sometimes happens with some domains. I have added a zone record for your domain. Can you please try to register it again?
If it still won’t work, let me know and I can try to add it manually. Can you just confirm whether you want to use the free domain credit in your Premium Plan for this as well?

If you have an upgrade on your site, you can create a support ticket, or start a live support chat if we’re available, via this page:

Thank you for your reply kindly note i received this error when i was trying to add zone record.(We cannot add a zone for the domain you’ve specified. Our support staff has been notified and will contact you to follow up.)
Secondly : this is the error i get when i type my domain name (Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.)
Yes when i got premium($99) i want to use mapping for my own domain name http://www.birdcontrol.ae for my blog.
Please help me solve this problem i am facing for past 4 days.

I have added the mapping upgrade for you and it’s already working for me. Please clear your browser cache and check your site, and you should see the correct domain in your browser.
I have also bundled the mapping with your Premium Plan, so you shouldn’t have the problem again when renewing next year.

I see you already have the contact info widget in your footer. You can also use a text widget in the footer with the information or you can add it to the very bottom using CSS. Let me know if you’re happy with the widget you currently have or if you need help with another option.

While it’s technically possible to remove those credits, we ask that you don’t do that. Our Terms of Service (Item #1, heading; Attribution) require that those credits must remain legible and clickable. However, you may change the appearance (e.g. font-type, font-size and colour) using custom CSS.

I don’t think that many people read the footer or understand it – keep in mind that even the VIP blogs that start at about $20,000/year need to keep the footer credits – also I have seen many government sites with the footer credits – does not seem to bother them
