How to completely restructure site?

  I have a page and domain name that I have not posted to in almost a year. I want to completely take down all the posts, formatting, everything and start with a blank page for my new project. Basically all I would keep would be my domain name. What’s the best (and easiest) way to scrap everything (I don’t want to save it) so that I can rebuild the page?
