How to completely start over.

Is there a tutorial on how to start over completely on one’s blog. I have been in a huge transition and would like to totally change the title, etc., everything.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, I want to rename it, delete everything and make my blog line up with my memoir, which is just getting started. The title of it is “Allowed” but I am not sure yet of the blog title.Any help you can give will be a true blessing.

You should see a Tags box in the right-hand column on the page. Just type in the tag you want to add (For this case, you’ll type the word modlook), then click the add button. After doing so, just be patient for someone from Staff to respond back to you.
