How to configure HTTPS access on wordpress.com?

From below article, I got the information that wordpress.com will install SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt automatically. So I just changed my access URL from http://prosiatec.com/ to https://prosiatec.com/.
But since then, I cannot access my website successfully (including login to Admin page). It may take up to 72 hours to add an SSL certificate to my site, is it the reason? Will the website be recovered up to 72 hours?

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Hi there, we’re not 100% sure who your provider is but we looked up your site in this tool here: https://hostingchecker.com/
According to them the site is hosted with GMO Internet, Inc.
