How to configure menu in WP hosted site

    I have been merrily using siteA.wordpress.com for over 2 years, making numerous changes. Now, in trying to set up a new website siteB.wordpress.com, I find the website building & management interface has changed. For instance, the new interface lacks access the Menu [configuration] tool.

    How do I go about configuring menus, sub-menu items, etc?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can find the Menu tool in Customize > Menus. If you would like more details, here is a support page on how to create them: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
