How to confirm change of email address?

    I am trying to change the contact email address inMy Account – the address listed doesn’t exist (the person who set up the account didn’t know this). However, the confirmation link that is sent to the address that we want to change it to ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) just takes us to the wordpress homepage, there is no place to confirm the change in email address.
