How to confirm email address to unlock page?

  I would like to have a page that can only be shown once a user has entered their Name and Email address. Is this possible? If so, what do I need to do to enable this?

  Clicks on page – Please Enter Email – Unlocked Page.

  I would also like cookies to remember a user has entered their email.

  While we do not support a site ‘login’ on WordPress.com you are able to make your site Private. This will give you the ability to manually approve each visitor. More information is available in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
