How to confirm wordpress email?

I have been trying to post my blog on (email visible only to moderators and staff) but the WordPress verification email will not accept my (email visible only to moderators and staff) as a place to send. I am one and the same person. What must I do to receive the email confirmation?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Two separate blogs sites for the same person, me. I’d like to discontinue the former using the same email address for confirmation of the blog I registered with wordpress yesterday, 7/15/14.
