How to connect my local plugin folder to my wordpress.com site?

  Hi,

  I am trying to get Google Analytics data for my wordpress site, but I see no link for Google analytics in my setting tab.
  How do I add that?
  And
  How to connect my plugin folder from my local HDD to my word-press site?

  Please help.
  I am total layman when it come to all this… :(

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins like Google Analytics on a free hos5ted WordPress.com blog. If you want that then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
