How to connect the s2Member membership features with non-wordpress web

  I want to place a custom web inside my wordpress web blog and use s2Member as membership plugin, to make my custom web accessible just for members (with expired date function too). Is it possible to do it with wordpress and s2member plugin?
  If it’s possible, how to do it?

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes.
