  I delete my website by accident by deleting a user who was a security threat. I was told I have thirty days to retrieve the site. How to I contact customer service?

  Hi there, the 30 day period is relevant only for websites hosted here on WordPress.com. In your other forum thread (now closed) at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-delete-my-site/ you mentioned that

  i didnt recieve an email about the deleted site. I deleted a user for security reasons who helped build it and poof… gone.

  which could be an indication that your site isn’t hosted here.

  Hello again, Looking at a WHOIS entry, your site is hosted with
  CP1.PRIVATESYSTEMS.NET
  CP2.PRIVATESYSTEMS.NET
  CP3.PRIVATESYSTEMS.NET
  CP4.PRIVATESYSTEMS.NET
  so it’s not hosted here on WordPress.com

  Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance with this or did you have a backup service, like jetpack’s Backup paid service?

  Im sorry. I am no programmer so excuse my lack of knowledge, the lingo. are you saying that the website does not live on wordpress.com I have an account and was looking on the site lay before deleting
