  How do I get help to get a refund. I was charged but there are no Purchases listed in my account?
  No chat option available.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Also, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
