How to contact my registrar

I have recently upgraded to have my own domain. The domain is Journey-On.com. However, it doesn’t show anything. What should I do? The three steps to mapping my domain requires something to do with DNS. But I have no idea what it is and how to do it.

Did you purchase the domain (journey-on.com) from a domain registrar or did you only purchase the domain mapping upgrade? Purchasing the domain mapping upgrade does not register the domain. You will need to purchase the domain separately.
Currently, it looks like the domain is registered by KEY-SYSTEMS as shown here:
http://www.who.is/whois/%20journey-on.com
Do you remember registering the domain there?

I don’t think I have registered with them. I only purchased the 99 dollar upgrade. Does this mean that I should get another domain? I thought I could just make up a domain and it’d be mine.

For the domain registration to work correctly, the domain cannot be registered by anyone else. So, I’m afraid journey-on.com will not work. However, it looks like you successfully registered unceasingjourney.com, and that domain is now working correctly. Were you able to get everything sorted out?
