How to Contact Staff

These forums are ok and some bloggers are quite helpful in their replies, but how does one actually contact a staffmember at WordPress whose job it should be to provide service to users? I see that there’s a section in the forums for “staff replies” but I don’t see an option to post a question in that section? Is there something I’m missing, or is WordPress evasive about how to contact staff?

If I understand the page you sent me, customer service is only available for paid accounts. How insulting! I do generate revenue for WordPress in the form of GoogleAds I cannot approve, and for the love of humanity it’s a universal expectation that all companies simply provide customer service, no ifs ands or buts.
