How to contact support

  I have been looking for a way to contact support with a billing question. At onetime there was a online form to contact him but I cannot find it.

  Hi there,
  Your are correct in thinking that Volunteers can’t help with financial issues. We can point bloggers to:
  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
  Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  If you wish to contact Staff about the charges you see on your statement on the Billing History page please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

  You’re welcome. If, on the other hand, you are simply asking questions about this or that upgrade and what it includes, then we Volunteers can answer those questions.
