How to contact support: Looking for refund for 501c website that’s past 14-day mark

  Hi there,

  We are a 501c3 non-profit and were managing two websites using WordPress. We have migrated to a new platform and are wondering how to contact WordPress about a refund for one of the websites — it is past the 14-day refund period (~30 days now). Is there a way to petition for this?
