How to contact support to cancel a redirect?

    Billing lists the purchase but I cannot cancel the redirect from the purchases tab. Also, I cannot contact customer service. Since I’m paying for this service from one wordpress site to another, it seems that I should. Any ideas?

    Are you logged in to the correct account?
    What is the address of the site(s) you need help with? You can get assistance from staff in these forums by adding modlook to the tag box on the right.

    Thank you for the tag suggestion.

    I only use one login though I did change my primary email awhile back. The email used for the PayPal account is the older email. My primary email address is the only administrator associated with the site that should no longer redirect — and I want to delete. I’m concerned that if I delete the site before canceling the redirect WP and PayPal will get crossed wires.

    Well, the best I can guess is that there is some kind of hiccup in an email message and that the cancellation is already in effect. I’m just going to delete the site and will dispute any charges later.

    The site has history of issues with other people not following through with commitments.
