How to contact support? Urgently need to cancel domain mapping for deleted site

    I don’t seem to be allowed to send a message to wordpress directly – can anyone help?

    I used to have a website here but deleted it and moved it to self-hosting. Originally I had it set up for domain mapping. This was set to auto-renew.

    The auto renew date is the 19th November and this is showing in my billing. I have tried cancelling and tried changing it so that it doesn’t auto renew but all I get is a message saying the site has been deleted. The subscription charge is still showing in my account. How do I get in touch with WordPress staff? It’s very annoying only to be directed to a community forum when it’s connected to financial matters.

    This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email. There is no such thing as an urgent request. All threads are dealt with in first come first serve order as indicated by datestamps and timestamps.

    Hi – Thanks for the link, that’s appreciated. I would however prefer this to be flagged so that staff can ensure that I am not charged. As I said above, I have already tried to ensure that this does not auto-renew, and I have tried cancelling it altogether but because the blog has been deleted something doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t really want to have to get into a wrangle about getting my money back when the process could be stopped before that happens.

    I’ve disabled auto-renew and cancelled the domain mapping from your deleted blog. Sorry about that! It doesn’t make sense to keep renewing that, eh? I’ll ask our Store team to check into why auto-renew was still enabled for your account.
