    How to contact support via phone Word press only I don’t want some re-seller of support that I must sign up with who ma or may not know how to help me.

    We do not provide support via phone, but you also do not own any sites on WordPress.com. What is the link of the site you need help with?

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, you can find support at https://wordpress.org/support/

    There is no phone support for that software either, as it does not belong to a company who can employ support staff, but is supported and maintained by the same community that creates it.
