How to contact user of reserved domain

Hey guys!
I really love to have a specific domain which is reserved right now. Is there any way I can contact the user who has reserved this url and ask him if he would give it to me? Is that even possible?

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.
If and only if you have the matching username account then the blog is reserved for you and you will be able to log in appropriately and register it after logging in under the correct username account.
