    I was in a live chat session with a happiness engineer who said they would refund me once I removed my site. Now that I have removed my site, I no longer have access to that live chat and cannot contact WordPress. Emails have gone unanswered, and I have received Zero communication about my refund.

    I see your live chat conversation was a couple weeks ago – during the chat you disabled automatic renewal, but when the Happiness Engineer asked for confirmation to cancel the plan entirely, you didn’t reply.

    I see you cancelled the plan a day later, but as you were already outside the refund period at that point, the refund wasn’t processed automatically.

    I’ve now refunded the $325.20 payment for your Business Plan from 6 December. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    Your domain renewal payment from 21 November of $19.51 is not refundable: We can only refund domains for 96 hours after registration or renewal, and the domain was cancelled more than a month later on 31 December.

    I don’t see any email support tickets for your account since your chat two weeks ago, so if you’ve been emailing us, those didn’t go through.
