I can not login on wordpress.org and want to contact support. Could someone help me?

If you mean for the WordPress.org site, you will need to seek help over at WordPress.org. I’ve given you several starting points. You can sign up as yourself for the forums and ask questions there.
We cannot help you with a WordPress.org install.

I have had account, but now I can not login, I do not want to create new one. So thats is why I want to contact someone (e.g.admins/moderators) directly.You can not write in support forum if you are not registered
I do not need help links to documentation or wordpress CMS itself -

If you are an administrator you should be able to remove other administrators. You cannot however remove the owner of the blog.
If that is the case, the owner will need to transfer ownership of the blog over to another admin, which will automatically remove them as a user of the site.

I am an administrator of our blog, but the owner left the company and I am not able to get in contact with him. Is there a contact at WordPress that can help? This person needs to not have ANY access to our company’s blog.

It is not possible to remove the owner of a site. The only way to remove the username that created the site, is if that username transfers the site to someone else.
We only recognise the username that created the site as the owner, not the company or organisation who manages the site, as it’s not a company who registered the site, but an individual.
We cannot transfer site ownership to a different user on the site without that individual’s permission under any circumstances, so you will need to get in contact with the original owner and either have them contact us directly, or transfer the site to another user.

I am an administrator on this site. Arsenal Credit Union should be the owner, but the person that set it up left the company.

If you look under my username you will see it says Happiness Engineer. I am WordPress.com staff, so you are in contact with “someone at WordPress”.
And I have already answered you. There is no way at all that we can transfer the site or any of its upgrades to another user without the owner’s consent. Not only will this be against our own policies, but it would be illegal as the username that owns the site also owns several domains connected to that site and domain names are considered the legal property of the person who bought them. It does not matter that you are an administrator. You are not the owner.
If you are unable to contact the user that owns the site and upgrades there is nothing else that can be done. We cannot provide you with the contact details of that user.
