How to control amount of posts on page

  I currently have 10 posts shown on my page. I was wondering how can i change it so i I have at least 15 shown and the rest in older posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dashboard > Settings > Reading
  Blog pages show at most ______ posts.
  click “save changes”
