How to control which of two blogs a click on my name takes people to?
-
I have two blogs. Even though I’ve designated portraitsofwildflowers as my primary blog, if I leave a comment on another blog and people click on my name on that comment, they’re always taken to my wordconnections blog. Is there a way for me to arrange for clicks on my name to carry people to my portraitsofwildflowers blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note this change is not retroactive.
Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes. Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.

Unfortunately I’d already done that some time ago and selected portraitsofwildflowers as my primary blog, but a click on my username still continued to link to wordconnections. I would have thought that clicking my username would link to the blog designated as the primary one, but that hasn’t been the case.

That’s strange and ought not to be happening. I have flagged this thread for Staff assistance.

At Users -> Personal Settings, it’s the “Website” field which controls the blog link that’s left behind when you comment.

The Website field is in the Account Details section at the end of the page. Perhaps its location way at the end is why I didn’t notice it until the Happiness Engineer pointed it out.
