How to convert a posting into a page configuration,
-
I have a posting which is transforming thru several “replies” into a long-term “thread”. How can the “posting” be easily re-configured into a “page”, so, as to be always accessible from the “pages” menu on the static home page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Bill,
You have a couple of options. You can copy/paste the content into a new page, or alternatively, you can add the link to the post on your site’s menu by creating a menu.
To add a link to a specific post on your site’s menu, copy the URL from the address bar of the post (e.g. http://example.wordpress.com/2013/12/09/example-post) and paste it into the Appearance->Menu page as a “Link”. The Menu page is here: https://billsmiatamx5.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
We do have a great video showing you how to setup custom menus on Custom Menus. I would check that out too if you’re interested in going that route.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. Cheers!
