How to convert the STATS in Dashboard to a readable file

  How do I save the dashboard stats so that it doesn’t save as a PNG file? I want to save it as a jpg or gif file in a Word Document? Is there another program to use?

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure how you’re saving the stats page as a PNG, but nonetheless, there are a myriad of programs that will convert PNG to JPG or GIF, though PNG should work in Word just as well as the other two formats.

  A quick Google search for “Free image converter” will bring up a million and one options for converting your PNG file.

  Thank you, I will look for a converter. However, when I click “save as” after selecting the graph, it only allows PNG and not JPG or other file formats.

  I see what you mean. Yes, the graph is displayed as a PNG file (which is a very common image format, much like JPG/GIF), so you can only save it as that, but you should be able to use the PNG in Word for your needs. Or of course, you can find a converter, as discussed.
