How to copy blog to my computer

  Hi,
  No problems this end, however we are being encouraged by others to write a book based on our experiences. What I need to do please is to download my blog to my computer to use it as a basis for my notes. In addition I want to keep it online and continue with it, while thinking about how to continue. We are enjoying using WordPress, although the ‘dashboard’ we had when we started a few months ago was nicer than the one that updated it (in our opinion) This said, I am dyslexic and do find tabulated stuff difficult.
  Hope you can help with the saving blog to my computer thing please.
