How to copy over photos and retain caption

  I created captions for photos first in Picassa and in iPhoto and when I bring the pictures over to the blog, my captions become the title and need to be copied and moved to the caption field. This seems like double work and I need a better way to save my wrists. Thanks

  Can anyone recomend a photo edit software or method to retain captions when photos are moved into wordpress?
