How to copy videos from Messenger into WordPress personal?

  Hello,
  Now I have got problems to copy videos from Facebook messenger to my WP personal. Somebody here who have any idea how to succeed. The videos is with my grandchildren, so my problem not feel good. Of cause, the best is to get the movies looks like the YouTube videos. If this not works, its better to get the video like a Youtube video, but if that not works, text will be better than anything.
  I prefer to work in “classic”as I have used this in many years, and now over 80 years of old – and by this have some problem to learn the new “blocks”.

  You’ll need a Premium or higher paid plan to upload videos to your site here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/video-block/

  Alternatively, you can embed videos hosted elsewhere from the supported services detailed at https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/embed-block/ (videos from published Facebook posts are supported, but not from Messenger).
