How to correct the wrong link on Widget thumbnail?

My sister has just started a blog to which I subscribed to but the link on the thumbnail from ‘Blogs I Follow’ widget is incorrect. How can this be corrected?

It used to be michellefashiondesigner.wordpress.com
It is now designsbymich.wordpress.com

Thank you. It’s my guess that as all widget data is cached the data update may lag a little. It’s also my guess that if you clear your browser cache the issue may clear up. Will you try that please? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
