how to creat a link to another page

  I would like to create a link from a word or phrase on a page that will link me to an anchor (word) on another page.

  Basically, follow this guide to create a link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

  For the intended anchor, enter just #[word] for the link URL, like #dogs

  Then, on the other post, like it to [post URL]/#[word].
