how to creat my Blog??

    Hi..I am just few days old with my WordPress Blog..I admit That I have Zero Knowledge about How to build my Blog and have descent homepage…I Thought seriously to quite the idea of having Blog,,However before doing That I am trying the last try to find a very patient friend to advise me How to build simple and nice Blog for Food recipes..Nutrition and Health Tips…Whatever your reaction i say’THANKS ‘ to you all….Fiorino
