How to create a blog like this?

  I would like to know what are the plugins used in this website. http://abloggerblog.com – I would like to create a blog with the features available there. They have featured articles, Recent articles, recent comments, random comments and all. How to create such a blog? I searched plug ins with these words. But I found nothing.

  you found nothing because wordpress.COM blogs cant use plugins, if you want plugins then you have to pay for a self hosted blog over at wordpress.ORG.

  wordpress.com blogs can’t use plugins sorry. it would be cool if they could though.
