How to create a blog list for my blog page?

I am using the theme ‘Sketch by Automattic’
https://wordpress.com/theme/sketchAfter I write my first post, it just shows all the contents of my post in the blog page.
Please take a look here:
https://iscmlam.wordpress.com/blog/I couldn’t find any method to change it as a list just like the live demo of the theme does.

Hi,
Some themes have options at Customize that allow you to specify whether the blog page displays the full post or an excerpt for each post. Sketch doesn’t have such a feature.
The posts on the blog page of the Sketch demo are short for various reasons. Some are short posts, at least one contains only a gallery, another is paginated (by the insertion of multiple NextPage tags), some are link format posts (with short messages describing the URL that the post title links to), and some evidently have a More tag inserted.
Those with the More tag inserted have the “Continue Reading” link displayed at the point where the tag is inserted in the post content. See the More Tag support page for information and instructions.
