How to create a "contact form" on WordPress.com theme (lite)

  I need help to create a “contact form” on a WordPress.com theme (the AutoFocus theme- lite)
  This form is so important for my blog.

  This is so helpful. I have published two post where I still need the contact forms. If I follow the steps correctly, I should be able to add the form to an existing post by clicking the Update tab.

  Yes, that’s so.

  However, unless there is some reason for putting contact forms on specific posts, you’d do better to put it on a page and call the page ‘Contact’ or ‘Contact me’ or something similar. The reason being that posts are updated and so eventually the contact forms will be out of view. Pages are static and are always there. Here are a couple of support documents that might help:

  The contact form does work better on a separate page.
