What are the requirements of your course that you have in mind exactly? Do you want to publish subscriber-only content to your website, as your course material? What is the general idea, could you please further elaborate so that we can better assist you?
Does it need to be interactive – for example, should people be able to see a video, then answer questions after that video, or should a submission be sent out to your admin email where you can review their replies, etc.?
Generally speaking, the most proficient way would be to use a third-party theme specifically built for course-based learning websites. You can find themes like that by searching for “WordPress premium course theme” on your favorite search engine. You can install these third-party themes on the Business and eCommerce plan subscriptions here at WordPress.com.
