How to create a custom widget in my main sidebar / theme (my own html)
-
If you go to http://carbodyrepairsuk.wordpress.com/ look at the bottom of the page, you will see some boxes (my own graphics)… “30 years experience”, highly skilled staff, open 6 days a week… how do i add these to the main side bar on the right handside of my page? as there is no widget to do this.
So What i have done so far…
I have just setup my wordpress blog. I created a new page. Under page Attrubutes i used the template “Content/Sidebar”. I then go to Appearance > Widgets and under the Main Side Bar i have added the following widgets “Recent Posts:”, “Archives”, “Categories”, “Meta” etc.
I want to add my own widget where i can just put some html to have some information and pics. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
