How to Create a Default "Subscribe to this Blog" Pop up?

  Hi,
  I have already made the widgets for Follow this blog.
  However i have seen in some sites, as soon as you click on the website a Default pop up comes asking to subscribe by entering email ID. Is there any way i can do the same for my blogsite as well?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy!

  Due to security issues pop-ups are not allowed on sites, like yours, using WordPress.com. You could switch to WordPress.org and install a plugin to have pop-ups or you have WordPress premium we could use some CSS to make the Follow This Blog stand out more.
