How to create a linky link

    I want to create a place where others can sign up for a giveaway, is that possible here? Or do I need to get this from somewhere else?
    I searched “linky links” and got a list of widgets that allow me to list links, but didn’t see one where other people could sign up publicly and leave their website so it’s visible on my site.
    I do see on the internet that there are sites that make these for blogs, but wanted to check and see if wordpress has it’s own tool for this first.

    I know what you are referring to and we cannot use that on a free hosted WordPress.com blog due to code restrictions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any plugins. There are no back-linking scheme widgets of that nature supplied by WordPress.com.
